Mortar mix for standard installation: Use pre-mixed mortar Type N

Mortar Mixing
1. Put water into container.
2. Mixing mortar powder in with the water and mix.
3. Add enough water to get right consistency.
4. A good test to see if motar is at the right consistency is that the mortar should cling to the trowel when held vertically and shouldrelease with a shake.
5. Wet the back of stone if conditions are very hot or very dry.
6. To prevent waste use a small petrol or electric mixers.
7. Only mix mortar as required.
8. Mixing mortar.
